Return & Shipping Policy
Gift Cards will be processed and shipped within two business days. Gift cards ship via regular
USPS mail for free, $8.00 for two-day Fed Ex/UPS or $10.00 for one-day FedEx/UPS.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
If gift card is lost, contact hotel at 513-421-9100. Hotel can cancel card & reissue
a replacement card. Shipping of replacement card is the responsibility of the recipient.
Cookbooks:
Cookbooks are non-refundable. If the cookbook is damaged in shipping, within 10
days of receipt of the book, please contact Kent Heinlein at Kent.Heinlein@Hilton.com
so we may make arrangements for a new delivery.
Cookbook orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Personalized
cookbook request may take up to 7 additional business days to process. If the author
is unavailable for more than 7 days, we will contact you upon receipt of order to
inform you of any additional delay.
NOTE: We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our
error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We can ship to any address in the continental United States.
